How it works

01.

Questionnaire

A short set of questions to get to know you. This will tell me about your current skills, abilities, and handstand training schedule. This is also where you will write down your goals and what you want to get out of online handbalance coaching. And yes, I will hold you accountable to them.

02.

Video Consultation

We will discuss your goals and coaching program in further detail. This will give you a chance to ask me any questions and to get to know me as well. Once I have received some videos of your training and gotten an idea of your current level, I will create a training plan for you.

03.

Weekly Coaching

Each week you will film your training and upload the footage into a private folder. I will review them and give you feedback. In addition, I will teach you how to spot your own mistakes so that you can self-correct when training alone. Each week I will  adjust your training plan as needed.

Who is online coaching for?

Online coaching is perfect for anyone who wants to learn handbalancing. Ulrik has years of experience teaching all levels of handstand enthusiasts from those who have never done a handstand to advanced performers.

This is not a generic, one-size fits all handstand course, but an opportunity to work with one of the world’s best handstand coaches one-to-one. With weekly updates and personalized programming you will get consistent support and feedback.

If you are scared to go upside down or afraid to handstand without the wall, you can rest assured that Ulrik will help you build confidence and learn how to train handstands safely and confidently. Perhaps you’ve already been handstanding for a while and have a consistent practice? Ulrik will help you fine tune your training. His programming is top notch and will push you to continually improve your practice.

Get Started

4 or 8 week program

 

This is perfect if you’ve never worked with Ulrik before or are new to online handstand coaching.

What’s included:
  • Questionnaire to get familiar with one another
  • Skype session to discuss current skill level and goals
  • Customized programming tailored to you
  • Weekly check-ins, assessment and feedback
  • A 1-to-1, one hour training session (currently only virtual) at any point during the training program
  • Unlimited feedback

Continued Coaching

After the “Get Started” program, you have two options for continued coaching: continue with weekly check-ins or opt for slightly less with bi-weekly check-ins.
