      <image:title>Personal Online Coaching - How it Works</image:title>
<image:caption>01. Initial Questionnaire and assesment I’ll ask a short set of questions to get to know you including your current skills and abilities and a realistic time commitment. I’ll also help you define your goals and what you want to achieve. And yes, I will hold you accountable to them. 02. Video Consultation We get together on video to chat about your goals and program in more detail. This is your chance to ask me as many questions as you like and get to know me better too. Once I’ve received some videos of your training and better understand your current level, I create your individualised training plan for you to follow on your own schedule. 03. Weekly feedback Every week, you film your training, and write how it went. I’ll review your videos and give you feedback, as well as teaching you how to self correct, and update your program as you progress. I use True Coach.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About - HI! I’M ULRIK.</image:title>
<image:caption>Handstands are a constant joy and challenge, and I’m obsessed with them. I’ve spent the last several years offering personalised handstand coaching online and internationally and nothing is more satisfying than helping people shave years off their handstand journey. I help people achieve their handstand and handbalancing goals by creating structured training programs around your physical abilities- being honest and upfront about what you need to do. I invest deeply in each of my clients, and I work with people who are as invested as I am and are willing to put in the work</image:caption>

<image:title>Workshops - Aschaffenburg, Germany Workshop - who is this for?</image:title>
<image:caption>The beginner workshop is aimed towards you who are inconsistent with balancing in straight for 10 seconds, or want to understand better how to improve your aligement and strength in the fundamental position. The intermediate is best for people who have allready spent some time on hands and can balance for about 20 seconds in a decent position and are ready for the next step. At this level balance is of course still a bit inconsistent, so don’t be too affraid of joining it even if you can’t hit 20+ every attempt. You might get good value from joining both workshops if you are a beginner and have ambitions to take your handstand practice far. It’s fine if you aren’t ready for every Or if you are more on the intermedate end, and would like extra focus on improving your allignement.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Workshops - Wroclaw, Poland 25-26th May - Ulrik Ask Fossum</image:title>
<image:caption>I am Ulrik, a 32 year old handbalancer from Norway. I started my handstand training when I was 21. I remember well how it was to be scared of climbing up the wall. How it was to kick-up and fall again and again. How it was to be stiff and weak. Over my 11 years of training handbalancing I have felt most of the things you are feeling with your handstand practice now. The frustration of not progressing. The wrist pain from being too eager. And the heaviness on the shoulders. But most important: How to overcome this. Since I discovered that handbalancing is a thing it's possible to learn, I have spent most days training and nerding it. I worked 5 years as a personal trainer from 2012 and started to teach handstands through online coaching and workshops from around 2016. A few years later I quit my general trainer job to focus solely on teaching handstands which I have done since, and I love it! Being able to share the lessons I have learned to master this skill, and seeing how peoples faces light up when they progress gives me just as much joy as when I progress in the training myself, and that’s why I hope you’ll join my workshop. @UlrikOnHands</image:caption>

      <image:title>Workshops - Ottawa, CA, 28-29 March 2026 - Ulrik Ask Fossum</image:title>
<image:caption>I am Ulrik, a 33 year old handbalancer from Norway. I started my handstand training when I was 21. I remember well how it was to be scared of climbing up the wall. How it was to kick-up and fall again and again. How it was to be stiff and weak. Over my 12 years of training handbalancing I have felt most of the things you are feeling with your handstand practice now. I am also a tall and big guy, who enjoys strength training as well as handbalancing and have learned how to combine these two training forms. @UlrikOnHands</image:caption>

Then we will introduce the sideways-plane with weight shifts and block excersises. Before focus changes to spending time in fingertip support and one arm holds. We will work both with a wall to similate how training alone will be, and we will use partners as spotters. The goal with this workshop is for you to get an understand of how to train towards a one arm on your own.</image:caption>
