I’m Ulrik, a self-taught handbalancer and certified personal trainer, originally from Norway. I coach handstands via workshops, 1 to 1, and online. I would love to help you improve your handbalance practice via Online Coaching and workshops, so that you can finally achieve your handstand goals.
I don’t have any athletic background and have learned everything from scratch. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2013 and coaching handstands specifically since 2016.
