instead of going through ups and downs from one extreme diet to the next one or get confused by all the contractionary information and advice on social media and well-meaning friends and family members.

People in shape are suitable for you who are:

1. Ready to make a long-lasting lifestyle change or feel stuck somewhere in that process.
2. It will work if your goal is to loose fat or gain muscle mass.
3. If you are young or old, have a lot of time, or want to make your traning as efficient as possible.
4. If your goal is to have your dream physic and strength, or just want to keep up with your kids growing up.
5. It will be possible to combine it with other physical activities like running, climbing, yoga, handbalancing, you name it, as well.

This is what’s needed from you:

- Eagerness to learn about training and nutrition
- Minimum two strength trainings per week
- A gym membership or a good home gym
- Make an effort in the kitchen and the gym
- Want to be kept accountable
- Enjoy a group dynamic

Why choose people in shape over other programs?

With people in shape we combine the best with personal coaching and a group dynamic. That means you will get personally made training programs, diet and lifestyle advice. As well as feedback by an experienced and educated trainer.

The benefit of the group is that you will get and give support, motivation, ideas and inspiration to others in the same process! You will see how others are dealing with their lifestyle, goals, training and progress. You will also see others questions and topics being discussed that you might have thought about yourself, but haven’t been able to put into words. And you can choose yourself to what degree you want to stay socially active with the group or simply use the feedback and info you will get from the coach.

The concept will be individualized to your specific goals, needs and wants, but
our overall goal is to make a sustainable change that will harmonize with your regular life. Often with “projects” involving big focus on training and lifestyle, there is a time limit of 30-60-90 days where you are pushing yourself unsustainably hard, dieting hard, and what happens after that time period? You are so sick of training and broccoli that you jump off it all and: Welcome back to where you were!

Our main focus will be to make changes that are less extreme so you can imagine keeping it going for years. And to do so, you will need to learn a lot, not just following a diet and a training program. Our goal is to teach you enough about training and nutrition to make good decisions on your own. How to get the most out of the time and effort you put in. And how to deal with setbacks and challenges that will come along the way.

Since it is personalized, it will work both for Anna (46) with two small kids and a full time job with the goals of staying healthy and loose a bit of weight. And for Oscar (24), student with time and energy to maximize his physique and strength gainz.

We are science and experience based meaning you will know what efforts gives the best results so you don’t waste your time or your effort on what doesn’t really work. And the practical experience to understand how to make it work in real life scenarios. You will get a complete breakdown of strength training and nutrition explained in a way that it will be easy to understand with or without previous experience.
